Switching between online and offline
The printer enters offline status after any of the following:
1) When the power is turned on until the printer becomes ready for data transmission
after it is initialized by a reset.
2) When the printer stops printing due to a paper-end (when an empty paper supply is
detected by either the paper roll end detector or the paper roll near-end detector with
a printing halt set by ESC c 4).
3) When an error has occurred.
