•
Check that the filters and the relief valve are clean and correctly fitted.
•
At the start of each working day, check and maintain the levels of detergent and rinse aid to ensure
they last throughout the working day.
•
Different types of detergent or rinse aid must not be mixed.
•
Stop the machine at regular intervals to remove any waste which has accumulated on the trays, and
if necessary, drain the wash tank and clean the filters.
Everyday:
•
Close the water mains tap.
•
Disconnect the mains switch

•
The machine should be cleaned at the end of each working day.
•
Leave the door open to help dry the inside of the machine and to prevent bad odours when the machine
is not in use.
6.3
Extraordinary maintenance
Call the technical service twice a year to have the machine serviced:
•
Cleaning of water filter.
•
Cleaning of lime on the resistors, pipes and surfaces of the machine. The use of descalers which do
not damage stainless steel is obligatory. The use of phosphoric-based products is recommended.
•
Inspection of the condition of the seals.
•
Inspection of the condition of the parts.
•
Tightening of the electrical connections on the terminals, once a year.
•
Checking the safety system.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, after-sales service or authorised
and qualified technical personnel in order to prevent risks.
6.4
Prolonged periods of inactivity
If the machine is going to be inactive or out of service for a long period of time (holidays, temporary
closure…), the following should be observed:
•
The machine must be completely drained, including the boiler (first switch off the boiler display
RINSE TEMP).
•
Close the water mains inlet tap.
•
Disconnect the main power switch or unplug the power cable.
•
Clean the machine thoroughly.
•
Lubricate the surfaces with Vaseline.
•
Leave the door of the machine open.
•
The appliance must not be in left in environments with temperatures less than 5 ºC.
