PRODUCT DETAILS
The machine which you have just purchased is specially designed for cleaning tableware, glassware and
other items of kitchenware, used in the hotel and catering sector. As it is an industrial product, it is
characterised for having a high dishwashing capacity.
All the appliances have a specifications plate which identifies the appliance and indicates its technical
characteristics, it is located on one side of the machine. Do not remove the plate from the appliance.

These details should be quoted when the technical service is called.
In machines composed of several modules you will
find a nameplate with a mark indicating the total
electrical values of the device, in order to size the
electrical connection.
If a module is added to the device, the new
configuration must be indicated.
If a transformation is made in the machine and the
alternating heating connection is modified, from
alternate to simultaneous, the dataplate supplied
with the machine must be used, indicating the new
configuration and sticking it on the device together
with the others, protecting it with the transparent
sticker.
The operating electrical configuration of the machine must always be shown in the plate and the electrical
connection must be adapted and correctly sized to this configuration.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The placement, installation, repairs and/or modifications must always be
carried out by an authorised technician in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions and the applicable regulations.
Any installations, adjustments or repairs carried out by unauthorised
personnel, incorrect maintenance or use, the use of spare parts other than
those supplied by the manufacturer and any other type of alteration to the
appliance may cause damage or injury and result in loss of cover under the
warranty.

DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM THE INCORRECT
INSTALLATION, USE, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR, OR CAUSED BY FAILURE
TO COMPLY WITH THE STANDARDS AND INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.

Transport and Unpacking
The machine should be carried to the place of installation using a fork-lift truck or similar to avoid damage
to the structure, all of the base of the it must be totally parallel and level. First take the machine to the place
of installation, then remove packaging and protective film.
Packaging must not be left in the reach of children, it is a potential hazard.
