Each model is designed to operate within a temperature range for the incoming water. Therefore if the
incoming water does not fulfil the specified requirements, the wash and rinse temperatures may not be
reached in the required time or may not be correct.
The temperature of the hot water must not exceed 60 ºC / 140 ºF and the cold water temperature must not
be less than 15 ºC / 59 ºF.
If using water at temperatures below 15 ºC / 59 ºF, the appliance must have a simultaneous heating
connection (
SIM
,
Tab. 1)
By default, the appliance is configured for alternate heating (
Fig. 10
). If
simultaneous heating is required (simultaneous heating of the boiler and the wash tank), this change must
be reflected in
Fig. 11
(connection specifications in
Fig. 9
and
Table 1
).
For the correct hydraulic installation of the machine (
Fig.5; Fig.6, Fig. 7
) you must:
•
Make sure that the water does not contain waste (new installation, etc.). Therefore before
connecting the appliance to the mains, run the water through the drainage until it comes out clean
to avoid blocking the appliance filter.
•
Connect the appliance to a water supply which complies with the requirements specified above.
All
the machines have a ¾” screw-on water hose connection. Old or used hoses must
NOT
be used.
Connect the water inlet hose to
A+F.
•
Install a shut-off valve on the water supply close to the machine in an accessible position.
•
A filter must be installed after the shut-off valve and before the appliance and should be easily
accessible for cleaning.
•
Check that the mains pressure is within the range indicated above.
•
Check that there are no leaks

Connection of ECO models
In the ECO models (with hot water generator), the corrugated hose must be connected
AG (Fig. 4)
between
the rinse pump of the conveyor belt dishwasher and the water outlet of the hot water generator.
To link the two machines electrically, there is a connector which must be linked using the wiring and protective
hose
WBE (Fig.4).
