Cleaning the Cappuccino System
The cappuccino system should be cleaned at the end of the working
day.
Put

litre of cold water into a suitable receptacle with a dose
of liquid detergent (see product instructions).
Remove the suction pipe (

) from the milk container and dip it
into the solution.
Press the push button (

), and repeat the operation until the
detergent is all used up.
Dismount the cappuccino system (

):
unscrew the knob (

) and remove the cappuccino system (

);
remove the cover (

);
unscrew and remove the knob fixing ring (

);
unscrew and remove the setting screw (
33
);
prepare another dose of detergent and wash the parts sepa-
rately, removing any residues with a sponge;
remount the cappuccino system.
Rinse by drawing up at least 1 litre of cold water.

Plunge the suction pipe (

Place a cup or other suitable receptacle under the cappuccino system
(

Turn the temperature setting screw completely clockwise (

), and then
turn it back half a turn.
Turn the temperature setting screw (

) completely clockwise. Then
turn it back half a turn.
You can now dispense milk or cappuccino by pressing the required
push button.
Cappuccino froth setting
If there is too much froth:
turn the air setting screw (

) slightly clockwise.
If there is too little froth:
turn the air setting screw (
33
) slightly counter clockwise.
Cappuccino temperature
If the cappuccino is too hot:
turn the temperature setting screw (

) slightly counter clockwise.
If the cappuccino is not hot enough:
turn the temperature setting screw (

) slightly clockwise.
Hot milk dispensing without froth
Press the knob (

) fully in.

Programming the hot water measures
Position a suitable container for the amount to be programmed under
the hot water pipe (

).
Press (and keep momentarily pressed) the hot water dispensing push
button (

). The indicator light of the pressed push button will remain
on (not flashing).
When the amount of water in the container reaches the required level,
release the push button (

).
