according to the length of the barrier beams attached and to the 

 

presence or not of the fencing. (See table Fig. 34, page 20).

In the Bayt 980 installation with barrier beams that are 6.40 metres in 

length or longer with fencing, it is necessary to also attach 

counterweights

 with nuts, bolts and attachment support. (Fig. 14).

In installations in which the 

folding leg

  is 

required, it is necessary to insert in the 

specific slot in the bottom of the "R532" barrier 

beam a 

15 cm rubber profile

 (so as to cushion 

the shock in the closing phase of the barrier 

beam) and then the folding leg, by way of its 

specific attachment. Then tighten everything 

with the 

Setscrew

 (Fig.12).

In the event that the fencing is to be installed it is also necessary to attach 

the 

coupling strut

 between the leg and the fencing, utilising the relative nuts 

and bolts (Fig. 13)
