When the control unit's battery compartment is
opened, the unconfirmed events are shown
automatically.
DELETING THE EVENTS
When you come back, and change over to disabled
alarm mode, the control unit signals (with beeps) if
any alarm events have occurred during your
absence.
These events can be
deleted
, i.e. they are no longer
signalled by the control unit (with the exception of the
“discharged batteries” signal).
There are two solutions for deleting the events:
With a control device
- Press the OFF key of a remote-control for 10
seconds.
- Then press the INFO key of the control keypad in
order to read the event and, when you have finished,
confirm by pressing the OK key.
The control unit confirms the operation with a beep.
With the control unit
- Put the control unit in Maintenance Program mode
(battery compartment open).
The red indicator lights indicate the problem in
progress.
Press the
“DELETE”
push-
button.
The control unit confirms
the operation with a beep.
This operation eliminates
all the active events in the
system.
The “discharged batteries” event can be deleted only
by replacing the batteries of the device in question.
The control unit indicates the date and records all the
events which occurred in the system.
A deleted event is stored in the events historic record
and is no longer signalled to the user. The historic
record can be consulted in the view mode, using a
control keypad.
FAULT INDICATOR LIGHTS
Alarm memory-stored / In progress Indicator
light:
This lights up when an intrusion or technical alarm is
stored in the memory. It remains lighted until manual
confirmation by the alarm itself.
Self-protection Indicator light:
It lights up when a system self-protection operation
has been activated (opening or removal of a system
element). It goes OFF following manual alarm
confirmation, but flashes if the fault persists.
Discharged Batteries Indicator light:
When a status change occurs in the control unit
(enable, disable, etc…), it lights up when the battery
charge of one of the system's elements (except the
remote-control) is insufficient, signalling that the
batteries must be replaced.
Supervision Fault
Telephone line fault Indicator light:
It lights up when one of the system's elements
(except the remote-control) stops communicating
with the control unit or does not provide any signal.
It signals a supervision fault on the telephone line.
Passage Open Indicator light:
It indicates the status of the passages when the
alarm is enabled. It goes off after confirmation of
manual enablement.
YELLOW OPERATION INDICATOR LIGHT
- Under normal operation conditions, the indicator
light is
OFF
.
- When the alarm is enabled or disabled, the
indicator light
lights up
for two seconds and then
goes OFF.
- After an enable or disable operation, if a fault is
present in the system, the indicator light
flashes
and
the relevant fault indicator is lighted.
- In Maintenance Program mode: it flashes (0.1s / 1s).
- In Add Devices menu, it stays on steady beam.
- In Area Creation mode: it flashes (0.5s / 0.5s).
