3. Credit Violation Report
This report prints all the rooms with credit violations.

In the above report, the ALLOW column appears only if TOLL CONTROL is enabled and the rooms
are manually checked in with some credit limit.
4. Clear Monthly Trunk Totals : Clears monthly totals.
5. Print Monthly Trunk Totals
The total charges of all calls made - separately for Local calls (201), Local LD calls (202),
Long distance calls (301-361, 207), Information calls, International calls (501-530, 208) and
User defined band calls - are maintained in the memory. These totals will be of use in
ascertaining the traffic on all the lines and lead to better management of the CO lines.
6. Administrative Report
This report will print a report for all the calls made from the administrative extensions. The
option to PRINT ONLY or PRINT AND CLEAR is prompted before the report is run.
This report is the same as the last part of the AUDIT report and maybe printed out in Detail
or Summary format.
7. Total Calls in Memory
The total number of the calls in memory, number of rooms checked in and the number of
deleted call records in memory - would be displayed on the LCD and also printed out
along with the current date and time.
8. Print and purge Wake up calls
This option is valid only for MITEL PBXs and if the “Store Wake up calls” option has been
enabled under program no. 108.
