same call. If the call is still rejected by the PMS after 5 attempts, an error message is printed out (if
enabled) and will skip this call during the next attempt at posting previously Unposted calls. These
calls must be posted manually on the PMS.

In the PMS Audit report, the Unposted calls will be marked with an asterisk at the end of the
call record.

If ACK/NAK is not required, all calls will be treated as posted calls.

If TOLL CONTROL is also enabled, the Callamatic will dial out to open and close the extension
during a manual CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT ONLY. During the PMS AUDIT report, the room lines are not
affected, as there is no DIAL OUT.
Credit Limit Adjustment
The PMS Audit report features
Credit Limit Adjustment
for the manually Checked-in rooms.
However, the Credit Limit is always maintained in whole Dollars only.
For example if Room #401 was manually checked in with a credit limit of $ 6.00 to start with and had
made calls worth $ 1.10 when the Audit report was run, this will adjust to a balance credit of $ 5.00,
balance charges of $ 0.10. and will appear as

At the time of the next report, if some more calls had been made from that room - for example, if
the total call charges now were $ 2.10, it would appear as

Note that the balance charges of $ 0.10 (from the first report) were added to the $ 2.10 of the second
report to get an adjusted balance of $ 0.20 to be carried over from this to the next report.
The user must keep track of the balance charges from the previous report. The `Charges' and `Balance'
columns in this report reflect the figures from the calls made during the period corresponding to this
report only.
If a manually checked in room has exceeded the Credit Limits, at the time of Credit-Limit adjustment
during the PMS Audit report, the Adjusted Credit and the Balance charges are both set to $ 0.00. For
example -
