9.6 Safety
check
At least once a year, a safety check must be carried out by an
authorized person, and the results recorded.
NOTE!

EXPRESSO or your local sales partner provides
an on-site annual technical inspection in the form
of a
Partnership Maintenance Contract
(see
Section
2.8 Customer support & service
).
This Contract includes a complete technical check
and the annual renewal of the Safety Certi
fi
cate in
accordance with accident prevention regulations.
The inspection includes:

Visual check of the condition of the lifter‘s components and
functional elements.
●
Checking the complete and correct function of the safety devices.
●
Preparing an inspection report.
The report must include at least:
●
Date and scope of the inspection, with indication of possible
additional partial inspections.
●
Result of the inspection, with indication of any faults found.
●
Assessment of any risks involved with continued operation.
●
Indication of any necessary further checks.
●
Name and signature of the inspector.
