10.2 Trouble
shooting
Motor does not run
●
Check the battery voltage.
●
Check the fuses. The fuses are located in the battery pack.
●
Check all electrical connections (plugs) while the batteries are being
charged.
●
Check the lamp functions (indicator LEDs) during charging
Lift carriage does not
move although motor
is running
●
Check the battery voltage.
●
Make sure that max. payload has not been exceeded.
●
Make sure that the lifting pillar has been mounted correctly and is
in the right position (see Chapter
6 Assembly / Disassembly
).
Load handling

Clean the lifting pillar, grease the ball screws and the spindle

DANGER!
When opening covers, parts that are electrically
live may become exposed – make sure they are
not short-circuited. Even if all electrical power
sources have been disconnected, certain compo-
nents in the control unit can still have an electrical
charge.
During all repair work on the electrical system ,
the cables to the battery terminals must be
disconnected.
