Annual servicing and maintenance work on the
lift2move
and the
load handling attachment may only be carried out by quali
fi
ed
EXPRESSO

eld service technicians (also see Section
2.8 Customer
support & service
).
Electrical connections
●
Check all electrical connections for tightness and any signs of
damage.
●
Replace all damaged parts, components and/or cables.
DANGER!
When opening covers, parts that are electrically
live may become exposed – make sure they are
not short-circuited. Even if all electrical power
sources have been disconnected, certain compo-
nents in the control unit can still have an electrical
charge
During all repair work on the electrical sys-
tem, the cables to the battery terminals must
be disconnected.
Screw fasteners
●
Check all screw fasteners on the lifter for tightness, and
retighten if necessary.

Check all screw fasteners of the load handling attachment for
tightness, and retighten if necessary.
CAUTION!
Observe the speci
fi
ed screw tightening torques
during all assembly work.

Lifting pillar
●
Remove the pillar from the lower central motor mount, remove
the brush strips from the bottom of the pillar, and clean the pillar.
●
Grease the spindle ball screws with a suitable multi-purpose
lubricant (e.g. Mobil XHP 222).
