Assembly / Disassembly
The
lift2move
lifting aid is delivered fully assembled.
Qualifi cation
Except for the load handling attachment, assembly and disassembly
work on the
lift2move
for the purpose of service, maintenance or
repair may only be carried out by quali
fi
ed EXPRESSO
fi
eld service
technicians (also see Section
2.8 Customer support & service
).
Assembly and disassembly work on the load handling attachment may
only be carried out by experts (as de
fi
ned in Section
2.6 Terminology
).
Normally, all assembly and disassembly work can be carried out by a
single person.
WARNING!
Only
original EXPRESSO parts
may be used for
the
lift2move
lifting aid.
All screw fasteners must be tightened securely. See
Section
9.5 Screw torquing values
.
All screw fasteners must be replaced after they
have been released/tightened
fi ve times
.
Self-locking nuts may
not be reused
, and may
not be replaced with other nut types.
Screw fasteners may not be lubricated, as
otherwise the torquing values will be too high.
Defective screw fasteners must be replaced.
NOTE!

One or two months after
fi
rst commissioning the
lift2move
, all screw fasteners must be retorqued
to compensate for any setting tendencies.
WARNING!
Work on the battery pack may only be carried out
by experts.
