Lifting aid
During transport, pay particular attention to obstructions such as:
●
door sills
●
electric cables on the
fl
oor
●
clearance heights (height of lifting pillar)
Due to the small wheel diameters of some versions, even small
obstructions can cause abrupt stops or an unexpected change of
direction if only one wheel is obstructed!
CAUTION!
Risk of skidding
The transport areas must be free of obstructions,
unevennesses, and contamination.
Any substances that have leaked out must be
cleaned up completely.
WARNING!
The lifter may only be used with the load handling
attachment(s) designed speci
fi
cally for the
respective application.
The load must always be centered on the platform
(center of gravity) in order to achieve the best
possible stability and prevent tipping during
transport.
For customized load handling attachments, the
brief instructions supplied with the attachment must
be observed. See Section
15 Brief instructions for
load handling attachment
.
NOTE!
i
i
Always ensure that the load handling attachment
and the surface onto which the load is to be
deposited/from which it is to be lifted are at the
same ergonomic height (this can vary, depending
on the attachment).
To ensure working with the most ergonomic posture,
the load must always be pushed onto/pulled off the
load handling attachment, not lifted or carried.
