8.3.2 Cleaning/disinfection of the containers
Regular cleaning and disinfection of the container is necessary to
remove dirt particles and biological deposits.
Cleaning and/or disinfecting the containers
The following instructions describe the cleaning and disinfection step-
by-step. They apply to all containers.
1) Make sure that the device is not running any processes.
2) Have a paper towel at the ready on which to place the container
cap, connector hose and sensor line from the container and to
mop up any dripping liquid residues.
3) Remove the connector hose and sensor line of the container
from the device.
4) Screw off the container cap.
5) Place the cap along with the connector hose and sensor line on a
paper towel.
6) Dispose of the contents of the container in accordance with the
statutory regulations.
7) Rinse the container 2 x with tap water to remove any coarse
residues.
