MERGITE!
4) Exchange the containers with distilled water (In 1) and wash
buffer (In 2) for containers with SETUP CLEAN (1:5).
Have a paper towel at the ready on which to place the container
cap and to mop up any dripping liquid residues.
5) Press
START
.
The system is filled with SETUP CLEAN (1:5) and the
progress indicator for the exposure time appears.
After the end of the exposure time, the prompt appears to
reconnect the containers with distilled water and wash buffer.
