MERGITE!
CAUTION
INCORRECT INCUBATION
The use of the wrong type of glass plates leads to faulty
incubations, which can lead to incorrect analysis results.
>
Use only the unframed MERGITE!Titerplane glass plates.
2) Label the slides accordingly (e.g. 1 - 5).
3) Insert the slide from left to right in the slide carrier. Make sure
that the substrate fields of the slides are facing downwards.
4) Pipette the prepared samples onto the reaction fields of the glass
plate (for amount of sample see test kit instructions).
5) Place the loaded slide carrier from the top on the reagent tray.
