7.3 Draining MERGITE!
Draining the liquid system of the device
The liquid system must be drained for transport or storage of the
device. For this, the liquid system is rinsed with distilled water first,
and then a rinsing process without replenishment of the liquid is
performed.
1)
Press
DRAIN
MERGITE!
in the
DEVICE MANAGER
.
2) Follow the instructions of the software step by step.
Note
If you don't have a second container at hand, you can put both
suction tubes of In 1 and In 2 into a container with at least 4 litres
of distilled water as an alternative.
3) Remove any residual liquid from the wash basin with a paper
towel, if necessary.
4) For transport or storage of the device, place a dry paper towel on
the wash basin.
The liquid system has been drained.
