10.6 Reducing weight for driving
The contents of the fresh water tank can be reduced to 20 litres.
1. Open the cover to the fresh water tank.
2. Turn the drain valve (Fig. 49, item 1) clockwise until water comes out.
Do not open the drain valve all the way, as the fresh water tank will empty.
3. Allow fresh water to drain until the reduced filling level has been reached.
4. Close the drain valve.
5. Close the cover to the fresh water tank.
10.7 Waste water disposal
The waste water produced is collected in all models in a waste water tank. The waste water tank is fitted under the floor.
An optional heating for the waste water tank as well as a pipe auxiliary heating (heating for the waste water line) are
available. This keeps the waste water tank frost-proof even at low temperatures.
NOTE!
Waste water should only be drained on camping sites with suitable sewage systems or specially designated
disposal facilities!
10.8 Emptying the waste water tank
The drain valve and the drain outlet for the waste water are located underneath the vehicle, centrally, on the left-hand side.
1. Open the waste water tank drain valve (Fig. 50, item 1)
and drain the waste water at a suitable disposal station.
2. Close the drain valve of the waste water tank (Fig. 50,
item 1).

NOTE!
A small amount of water will escape through a drain hole when closing the drain valve. This prevents
the drain valve from freezing shut.
