Set the awning crank handle to the required length and fit it into the awning mechanism.

Extend the awning by about 1 metre by turning the handle anticlockwise.

Open out both awning support legs and adjust to the correct length.

Now extend the awning fully while adjusting the support legs so that they are always at right angles to the ground.

Reverse the process to retract the awning.
