8. Sleeping
Depending on the layout, the vehicle comes equipped with a rear bed or a lifting bed (optional accessory). The seating
group can also be converted into a bed in just a few simple steps. A double bed can be set up under the pop-up roof
(optional accessory).
8.1 Converting the seating group into a bed
8.1.1 Spare bed (optional accessory)
Converting the seating group into a spare bed
1. Turn the driver's seat (Fig. 30, item 2). The backrest
should face the windscreen.
2. Push the driver’s seat (Fig. 30, item 2) in the direction of
the steering wheel until the stop is reached.
3. Push the front passenger seat in the direction of the
windscreen as far as it will go.
4. Lift the table top (Fig. 29, item 3) on the right-hand
side and unhook it from the upper guide rail (Fig. 29,
item 1).
5. Remove the lower part of the table's leg (Fig. 29,
item 7).
6. With the right-hand side of the table top lifted, hook
the table top into the lower guide rail (Fig. 29, item 2).
7. Lower the table top.
8. Swivel out the swivelling table top (Fig. 29, item 4).
9. Fold out the supporting board (Fig. 29, item 6) from the
base frame (Fig. 29, item 5).
10. Place the base frame (Fig. 29, item 5) on the swivelling
table top (Fig. 29, item 4).
11. Place cushions (Fig. 30, item 1 and 3) on the table and
base frame.
To return the equipment to its original position, proceed in
the reverse sequence.
