Filling up AdBlue®
DANGER!
Risk of chemical burns from AdBlue®
AdBlue® is an irritant and a corrosive liquid that can cause injury if it touches the skin, eyes or respiratory
organs.

Observe the instructions when using AdBlue®. If used according to instructions, it is unlikely that a
user will come into contact with AdBlue®.
)
Store AdBlue® only its closed original container. Never use empty food or beverage containers or
other containers.
)
Always store AdBlue® in a safe place, outside the reach of children.
)
If AdBlue® comes into contact with your eyes, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Seek medical help.
)
If AdBlue® comes into contact with your skin, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes.
If skin irritation occurs, seek medical help.
)
If you accidentally swallow AdBlue®, immediately rinse your mouth with plenty of water for at least
15 minutes. Do not induce vomiting unless advised to by a doctor. Seek medical help immediately.
AdBlue® is a registered trademark and also known as AUS32 or DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid).
The tank filler neck for AdBlue® is located behind the fuel filler door (Fig. 4, item 3) next to the driver's door.
Opening the tank filler neck
1.
Push in the fuel filler door (Fig. 4, item 3) and swing the door open.
2.
Screw off the filler cap for AdBlue® (Fig. 4, item 2).
Closing the tank filler neck
1.
Screw on the filler cap for AdBlue® (Fig. 4, item 2).
2.
Press shut the fuel filler door (Fig. 4, item 3) until it snaps into place.
