Recommendation
- do not use the adapter for preparing dough containing margarine or butter or for
kneading dough.
- When whipping, use ingredients at the room temperature. If whipping is not optimal, add
a little lemon juice or salt. Cool custard, whipping cream and single cream to at
least 6 °C.
- Before whipping egg whites (
minimum amount 2 eggs
) make sure that the adapter and
the bowl are dry and without oil residues. egg whites should have the room temperature.
- The preparation (processing) times depend on the amount, the kind and quality of used
ingredients, but as a standard they are in tens of seconds (about 60 to 180 seconds).
