Never work with two gas bottles which are almost completely
empty. When one gas bottle is empty, the APC 300 switches over
to the second gas bottle automatically.
Always observe the warning signals and error messages.
5.10 Modification of the product by the user
Erbe Elektromedizin expressly warns against modifying the in-
strument, e.g. cutting off the probe tip. Any modification will ex-
empt Erbe Elektromedizin from all liability.

How to use
6.1 Only use cleaned, disinfected and sterilized
products
Clean, disinfect and sterilize the product before using it for the
first time and before every subsequent use.
6.2 Checking the product
Before each use, check the insulation for damage, especially the
ceramic insulation on the distal end of the APC probe.
If damaged, do not use this product!
6.3 Attaching connecting cable and product
Use the Erbe connecting cable Art. No. 20132-158 only. The
connecting cable must be sterile.
Inspect the connecting cable for damage, particularly the insula-
tion. Do not use it if it is damaged.
Connect the probe and the connecting cable, making sure that
you can hear an audible click when they connect.
