Solutions to Password Problems
If you cannot enter or remember a password, try the following solutions:
• You may have turned on password protection without first setting a
password. Try entering
0000
using the remote control.
• If you have entered an incorrect password too many times and see a
message displaying a request code, write down the code and contact Epson
for help. Provide the request code and proof of ownership for assistance in
unlocking the projector.
• If you lose the remote control you cannot enter a password. Order a new
one from Epson.
Solution When "The Battery that Saves Your Clock
Settings is Running Low" Message Appears
If the message "The battery that saves your clock settings is running low." is
displayed, contact Epson for help.
Solutions to Gesture Presenter Problems
If the Gesture Presenter feature does not work correctly, try the following
solutions:
• Check the USB cable is securely connected to the computer and the
projector.
• Select

• Dim the room lights. Make sure the projection surface is not in direct
sunlight or other sources of bright lighting.
• Check the brightness of the room is stable.
• Make sure you project images onto a white surface. If the projection surface
is not white, the gesture presenter feature may not work correctly.
