Unblocking LicenseCheck
During or after the installation of EPSON PageManager, the Windows
Security Alert window may appear. If it appears, click the
Unblock
button to unblock LicenseCheck; otherwise the product cannot list
your computer on the control panel when you scan using the buttons
on the control panel.
Note:
If you have clicked the
Keep Blocking
button in the Windows Security Alert
window, follow the steps below to unblock LicenseCheck.
1. Click
Start
, point to
Control Panel
, and then select
Security
Center
. Click
Windows Firewall
.
2. Click the
Exceptions
tab, and then click the
Add Program
button.
3. Select
LicenseCheck
from the Programs list, and then click
OK
.
4. Confirm that the check box for LicenseCheck is selected in the
Programs and Services list, and then click
OK
.
