“Red Diode Pointer”
The red diode beam should be close to
the center edge of the black bumper on
the rotary attachment. Use manual
focus if you need to raise or lower the
table to produce a fine point with the red
diode. If the red dot is close to the
center of the bumper, no adjustment is
necessary.
Most applications do not require the red
dot to be exactly at the center of the
bumper. The following steps will guide
you in adjusting your home position if it
is grossly out of position.
