34 Printer Installation
The IP address has four sections, separated by periods. A
cursor appears under the digit that will change.
i.
The address section shows three digits when it can
be changed and the cursor is under the right-most
digit. Use the arrow keys to change one digit at a
time. Press E
NTER
to navigate to the next section of
the address.
ii.
When all four sections are correct, press E
NTER
. The
next section of the address entry ( Subnet Mask or
Gateway Address ) displays on line 2 of the LCD
panel.
b.
Repeat step a , i through ii, to enter the subnet
mask and gateway address.

Press E
NTER
when you finish entering all the required
address information. Apply displays on line 2.
5.
Press E
NTER
to apply your changes.
6.
Press the down arrow key until Exit displays on line 2.
7.
Press E
NTER
. Then, press the U
SER
button to return the printer to Ready . The U
SER
button
glows green.
8.
Press the P
OWER
button to power off the printer. Restart the printer and verify that the static
IP address is correct.
