Service/Maintenance
Regular inspections shall be made according to national regulations and product documentation
by a Entrematic Group-trained and qualified technician. The number of service occasions should
be in accordance with national requirements and product documentation. This is especially im-
portant when the installation concerns a fire-approved door or a door with an emergency opening
function.
As with all other technical products, an automatic door needs maintenance and service. It is essential
to know the importance of maintenance to have a reliable and safe product.
Service and adjustments will ensure a safe and proper operation of an automatic door unit.
The “Service Log Book” shall be used together with the “Site Acceptance Test and Risk Assessment”
document provided. Keep both documents available for maintenance and service records.
The table below shows the recommended interval in months, when to replace parts during pre-
ventive maintenance.
