Assemble Lower Faucet Assembly to the Front Panel Assembly (390) as follows (refer to
Figure 7004, IPL Figure 2):
(a)
Install faucet nut (340), lock washer (345), and flat washer (350) to attach the faucet
assembly to the front panel assembly (390). Torque faucet nut (340) to 170 in lbs
(19.21 N•m).
NOTE:
Make sure cable assembly (95) is between front panel (390) and
water boiler chassis (525).
(b)
Install the nut (485) and ferrule (490) to the fitting assembly (500).
NOTE:
Make sure the ferrule (490) is positioned with the large diameter hole inside the
nut (485) and the small diameter hole facing the fitting assembly (500).
(c)
Install four screws (470), four lock washers (475), and four flat washers (480) to attach the
display support plate assembly (465) to the tank assembly (545 or 545A).
