The Status signals are categorized in accordance with VDI/VDE 2650 and NAMUR Recommendation NE 107.
Symbol
Meaning
Failure.
A device error has occurred. The measured value is no longer valid.
Function check.
The device is in service mode (e.g., during a simulation).
