This is used to check the reference potential.
Value > 50 mV indicates galvanic voltage in
the medium.
High values (> 1000 mV) may falsify the
measured value.

voltage at the place of use is 60 Hz, the
measured value is fluctuating or sporadic SCS
errors are reported.
