Using the standard calibration solution again

1. Replace the zero standard with the standard. Use either an additional hose in order

to reconnect the standard calibration solution, or allow the hose to drain and dry the

hose well.

2. Connect the standard calibration solution to the Liquid Manager.

You require the following parts:

• 1 pair of gloves that are resistant to the reagents used

2. Rinse the system. →  143

 There should not be any more sample left in the sample collecting vessel.

3. Remove the bottles and the bottle tray.
4. Remove the cover of the carrier board.
5. Replace with hoses of the same diameter and length. Attach hose labels to the new

hoses.

6. Route outlet hose D6 behind dispenser 7.
7. Secure the cover and place the bottle tray back into the housing.
8. Connect the bottles to the appropriate covers and hoses.
