使用方法

作業前の点検・確認 

 

警 告

 

 

点検の結果、ひとつでも異常が見られる場合は、使用しないでください。

 

 

 

点検の結果、ボルトやネジに緩みがある場合は、増し締めしてください。

 

 

損耗や摩耗、変形が見られる部品がある場合は、ご購入の販売店または当社にお問い合わ
せください。

 

 

本商品を使用した作業を開始する前に、以下の点検・確認を行ってください。

 

 

 

周辺の確認

 

リトラクター周辺および作業スペースに、ごみや不要な器材などがないことを確認します。

 

撤去できない障害物などがある場合は、作業責任者に連絡してください。

 

 

 

支持部材(つり金具)の点検

 

支持部材(つり金具)が損耗していないことを確認します。

 

損耗がある場合は、直ちに使用を中止してください。

 

 
 
 
 

 

リトラクター本体の点検

 

リトラクター本体について以下の点検を行ってください。

 

 

上フック、下フックが損耗していないか、回転が円滑か

 

上フックの外れ止めが変形していないか、フックから外
れていないか

 

下フックの環が緩んでいないか

 

ワイヤロープが損耗していないか(※素線の断線やス
トッパ部に注意)

 

バッファに摩耗、割れがないか

 

ワイヤガイドに著しい摩耗や割れはないか

 

ケースが損耗していないか

 

補助ハンガーに損耗はないか

 

補助ワイヤロープ(またはチェーン)が損耗していない
か、取り付けボルト類が緩んでいないか

各部のビス、ボルト類がゆるんでいないか
