Master Cycle Defined By Sensor 0x01
This command specifies if this
Master Cycle
definition is defined by
sensor. It is available from Master Cycles screen.
Disable Reset of Master Cycle Zero 0x20
This command allows the user to disable the Resetting the
Master Cycle
Processing
for
Master Cycle
zero when the first Follower cycle after
power-up is started.
Normal operation:
Upon starting of the first Follower cycle after power up,
Master Cycle
zero
will cause the PCM-22 to cause the
Master Cycle zero
default
information to be loaded. This would overwrite any “learned” information
and cause
Master Cycle zero
to behave like all other Master cycles. This
is done because
Master Cycle zero
is used when the FX/PCM-22 is first
powered-up and may learn some random Master information which may
not be usable when the Follower cycle is started.
This is only supported in Master defined by sensor mode. The default
setting for the
Disable Reset of Master Cycle 0
flag is “off”.
ML11
- Current Master Length In Master
Steps
This is the executing Master Length or product length in Master steps.
This value the same as FM12. The command is query only.
PH4
- Minimum Master Velocity For I/O
Profile Adjustments
This parameter disables I/O profile adjustments below a certain Master
speed in steps per second. It does not affect serial commands. This
parameter is used for all Follower cycles. The default value is zero,
which allows adjustment at any velocity. The maximum value is 65,535
steps per second. It is uploaded and downloaded by PCX.
TC5
- Working Ratio Change Increment
The
Working Ratio Change Increment
value is used increment the
Working Ratio
when the
Working Ratio Increment
and
Working Ratio
Decrement
input functions are toggled, 118 and 119 respectively.
It must be set using a serial command on a individual cycle basis. The
default value is 0.01000 and the maximum value is 0.65535. Values are
entered without decimal points. It is not uploaded or downloaded by
PCX.
