The current time is lost when the unit is switched off. Enter the number
of a random remote station and the maximum number of connection
attempts if you would like the device to establish a connection
immediately upon being switched on, in order to synchronize the time
with that of the ISDN network. Your
ELSA LANCOM Business can
automatically detect whether the remote station is digital (e.g. BBSs or
Internet providers) or analog (telephone message or voice services).
Please check the time after the first connection. Some PBXs may transfer
incorrect times to the router, which would impair the function of the least-
cost router!
