If the display is showing a number 1 in the Fresh Food
display and the 3 lights on the right side are not working
remove the number one light in zone 2 and look for 19.4
VDC at the LED. If voltage is present replace the LED.
If the lights still are not working, move the LED removed
for position one over to position 2 and then to position 3.
If connections are good, check for 115 VAC coming for
the freezer door switch to lighting control board. If
voltage is correct replace the light control board.
If the display is showing a number 1 in the Fresh Food
display and the 4 lights are not working on the left side
remove the number one light in zone 2 and look for 17.0
VDC at the LED. If voltage is present, replace the LED.
If the lights still are not working, move the LED removed
for position one over to position 2 and then to position 3.
If connections are good, check for 115 VAC coming for
the freezer door switch to lighting control. If voltage is
correct, replace the light control board.

A (3) in the Fresh Food compartment temperature
display means the lower control board is not receiving
a signal from the food compartment light switch or
switches. Check the wiring connections between the
light switches and the lower control board. If one of the
switches are bad, replace it. If there is no signal from the
lower control board to the switch, replace the lower
control board.
The food compartment has 3 lighting zones. Zone 3 is
the 2 LED’s in the Perfect Temp Drawer. Zone 2 is the 3
LED’s on the right side of the food liner. Zone 1 is the 2
LED’s on the left side of the liner and the 2 LED’s at the
top of the liner.
NOTE: Non-dispenser models have three LED’s along
the left sidewall and one LED at the top of the liner.
The lights are wired in series, so if one goes out in a
zone they all will all go out.
If the display is showing a number 3 in the Fresh Food
display and the 2 lights in the Perfect Temp Drawer are
not working, remove the number one light in zone 3 and
look for 16.8 VDC at the LED. If voltage is present,
replace the LED. If the lights still are not working, move
the LED removed from position one over to position 2. If
no voltage is present, check between the LED and the
lighting control board for open on loose connections. If
connections are good, check for 115 VAC coming for the
freezer door switch to lighting control board. If voltage is
correct, replace the light control board .
