11. Test parameter
Combi-tester G7-1G/-1H/-1T/-1U
start voltage is used as the start value, the end value is the test
voltage set. After the test voltage is reached, the test time set is
started.

Run down (on/off) - activates the ramp-down function of the test voltage.
Off - no voltage ramp down. The full test voltage is switched off
abruptly. In case of test objects with integrated inductance, this
action can result in switch off voltage spikes.
On - voltage ramp down active. The test voltage is reduced lin-
early from the test voltage to the start voltage as per the ramp
down speed and then switched off.
Ramp down speed (0.01 ... 1.00 kV/s) - the test voltage is re-
duced linearly by the value given per time unit.
Start voltage (on/off)
- defines the voltage value from which the high
voltage ramp starts.
on (0.04 kV/s up to (test voltage - 0.01 kV/s))
off - start voltage - No ramp function, the full test voltage is
switched on.
Test time (Continuous / 0.5 ... 999.9 s) - the test time can be set from 0.5
to 999.9s. The test time is irrelevant in the case of „Continuous test on“.
Continuous test -active. The test voltage is applied continuously.
The test must be interrupted manually using the red „Reset“
button S2/H2 or if a fault occurs (eg. R < Rmin). The continu-
ous test can last max. 999.9 seconds.
Test time 0.5 ... 999.9 s - test time active. The test voltage is ap-
plied for the duration of the test time.
