11.2 Parameters insulation resistance test ISO
On this menu the settings for the
insulation resistance test are made.
.
ISO tests are made using DC, with the test object isolated from the mains.
The insulation resistance between live parts and the housing is measured
and evaluated. The parameters are largely identical to the parameters for
the high voltage test (chapter 11.1).
Depending on which device variant you have, some of the parameters
given in the following may not be available or it may not be possible to
edit some parameters. The values entered are changed in the parameter
set currently open. The parameters in the following relate to the standard
device with 1200 V/ 1 mA.
In case of devices with options fitted, the parameters may vary.
Test mode "HV / ISO / PE / Burn / Time"
HV
- HV-test with AC voltage max. 5000 V / max. 200 mA.
ISO
- Insulation-test with DC voltage 1200 V max. 250 MOhm.
PE
-
protective earth conductor test
with AC voltage 6/12 V / 5 ...
32 A / 0 ... 1200 mOhm.
Burn
(option) - HV-test with AC voltage max. 5000 V with the maximum
of test current. The over current tripping is not active.
Time
- Waiting time step, eg. time to discharging the test object past
a ISO test.
Test voltage "0.05 ... 1,2 kV DC" -
set the test voltage for the HV-test .
Run up (on/off)
- activates the ramp-up function of the test voltage.
off-
no ramp-up function, the full test voltage is applied.
on
- ramp-up function active. The test voltage is increased linearly
from the start voltage up to the test voltage.
Ramp up voltage (0.01 .. 1.00 kV/s)
“ - defines the amount by
which the test voltage is increased linearly in a time unit. The
