Safety information
The stove must be installed by authorised personnel and must be tested before use by a technician trained by the manufacturer. Please
carefully read this use and maintenance manual before installing and starting the stove. If requiring clarifications, contact the closest
Efiamma reseller.
The stove is controlled by an electronic board that allows completely automatic and controlled combustion: its control unit adjusts the
ignition phase, power levels and shut-down phase, guaranteeing a safe operation.
Most of the ashes fall into the ash drawer.
Daily check that the basket is clean; commercially there are pellets of different types of quality
that may leave residue that is difficult to remove.
The glass is equipped with a special air current for self-cleaning: however, it is not possible to avoid a slight grey coating on the glass
after a few hours of operation.
CAUTION
• Prepare the installation area for the stove according to local, national and European regulations.
• The stove must be places inside domestic environments, never outside.
• The stove must ONLY be powered using quality 6 mm pellet, as described in the dedicated chapter.
• It is not possible to use it with traditional wood.
• It is prohibited to use the stove as an incinerator. FIRE HAZARD!!!
• Installation, electrical connection, operational verification and maintenance must be carried out by qualified and authorised
personnel.
• Incorrect installation or poor maintenance (that does not comply with regulations or the instructions in this booklet) may
result in damages to people or property. In this condition Aico S.p.A. is lifted from any civil or penal liability.
•
Before completing the electrical connection of the stove, exhaust pipe connection (specific for pellet stoves, not aluminium) to the
chimney must be finished.
•
The protection grille located inside the pellet tank must never be removed.
•
There must be sufficient air renewal in the room where the stove is installed (UNI10683:2012 standard).
• Never open the stove door during operation.
FIRE HAZARD!!!
• It is prohibited to use the stove with the door open or the glass broken. FIRE HAZARD!!!

• Do not turn off the stove by disconnecting it from the power mains.
• Do not clean the stove until the structure and the ashes have cooled down completely.
• Carry out all operations with maximum safety and calm.
•
If there is a fire in the chimney, immediately shut off the stove using the button on the display used to start final cleaning - WITHOUT
DISCONNECTING IT FROM THE POWER MAINS AND WITHOUT USING THE I/0 SWITCH LOCATED BEHIND THE STOVE - and
immediately call the
Fire department
.
•
The stove MUST BE CONNECTED TO A SINGLE CHIMNEY.
• The stove must be installed on a floor with suitable load capacity. If the existing position does not satisfy this requirement, appropriate
measures must be taken (load distribution plate).
• It must be possible to inspect the chimney for cleaning.
