personal injury or damage
and will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
You must follow the electric safety regulations when installing the unit.
Use an electrical supply and circuit breaker that is properly grounded in accordance with the National
Electrical Code and all state and local codes and ordinances.
An all-pole disconnection switch with a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles should be connected in
the fixed
wiring.
This air conditioner must be installed on a thermal magnetic circuit breaker.
The air conditioner should be properly grounded. Incorrect grounding may cause electric shock.
Make sure the power supply cord and circuit breaker are properly rated for use with this appliance.
Make sure the power supply fulfills the requirements of the air conditioner. Unstable power supply or
incorrect wiring can cause malfunctions. Please install the proper power supply cables before using the air
conditioner.
Properly connect the live wire, neutral wire, and grounding wire of the power socket.
The yellow-green wire in the air conditioner is the grounding wire. This wire cannot be used for any
other purposes.
The grounding resistance should comply with national electric safety regulations.
Be sure to cut off the power supply at the circuit breaker before proceeding with any work related to
electricity for your safety.
Do not connect the unit to a power supply before finishing installation.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or certified
electrician in order to avoid a safety hazard.
The temperature of the refrigerant circuit will be high. Please keep the interconnection cable away from
the copper tube.
Installation must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the National Electric Code by
authorized personnel only.
All wiring in the indoor unit and outdoor unit should be installed by a professional.
If the length of the power connection wire is insufficient, please contact a certified technician.
