Emergency Operation
If the remote control is lost or damaged, please use the auxiliary power button to turn the air
conditioner on or off. Open the panel and press the aux. button as shown in the figure below.
When you turn the air conditioner on with this method, it will operate in Auto mode.
Error Codes
If an error condition is detected, the temperature indicator on the indoor wall unit display will blink
to display the corresponding error code. Please refer to the list below to identify the error code.
Heating Indicator - ON 10s OFF 0.5s: This is the defrosting status. It is normal operation.
F1 or F2: Indicates an indoor temperature sensor malfunction. Please contact a qualified
professional for service.
C5: Indicates a jumper connection malfunction. Please contact a qualified professional for service.
H6: Indicates a fan motor malfunction. Try restarting the unit to see if the error code will disappear.
If it does not, please contact a qualified professional for service.
E5: Indicates a communication error between the indoor and outdoor units. Try restarting the unit
to see if the error code will disappear. If it does not, please contact a qualified professional for
service.
