Bleeding the metering pump
Key functions on the diaphragm metering pump:

Test function (continuous operation)
1.
Open the bleed screw by approximately 1 turn.
2.
Keep a suitable collection vessel under the bleed pipe
3.
[TEST]
Press the button until the metering medium is discharged from the bleed
outlet.
4.
[TEST]
Keep the button pressed for approximately 60 seconds until the pump
head fills completely with the product.
5.
Close the bleed screw.
6.
[TEST]
Press the test button again until the metering medium visibly passes
through the metering line up to approximately 2 cm in front of the injection valve.
7.
Close the transparent cover to protect the function buttons and seal it with lead, if
necessary.
Sealing the transparent cover will help to protect against inadvertent
adjustment of the settings defined on the pump.
If no metering medium enters the metering line, check all the connections
and repeat the bleeding process.
