Speed ref percentage
The Speed Reference Percentage is based off a 0 to 100.00 %(10000) scale with
0 being 0 rpm and 10000 indicating 100.00% speed value. A negative value will
indicate the inverted direction.

The Process Data In values are based off the application selected. See Appendix B
to reference the current Process Data In values assigned.
