Epoxy resin insulated busbars
Insulated busbars are supplied with bare coupling points.
Coupling is carried out in a identical way to that of air
insulated busbar systems (see Figure 2-40). For a single
bar/phase the separately delivered dummy bar must be
used (see Figure 2-47).

TTENTION
Blank copper must be visible on both sides of the
busbar coupling, both at the top and bottom. In
addition, the busbars should be fitted in such a
way that the red sticker is visible when looking
from the top (see Figure 2-47).
After the busbars have been joined, protection covers
should be fitted. The protection covers for sing-le and
parallel busbars are identical. Fit the bottom half of the
cover first and then the top half, see Figures 2-44
up to 2-47.
