•
Position the screwdriver (1) as shown (Figure 2-58).
The retaining clip is now forced aside. At the same time
the retaining clip fixes the tool so that this does not
need to be held.
•
Remove the stripped insulation.
•
Now carefully place the copper wire core as far as
possible into the terminal.
•
Remove the tool.
•
Check whether all the thin wires of which the core
consists have been clamped.

The terminal code-numbers are printed on the side of the
housing.
•
Fit the auxiliary connection-block.
•
Attach the auxiliary cable, behind the auxiliary
connection- block, to the dividing plate using the pre-
fitted cable clamp.
•
Fit the screening-plate again using the quick releases.
If two or three draw-out units are fitted in a split-up
compartment, connections are made to the ter-minal blocks
situated in the cable-compartment (see figure Figure 3-35)
or for starters not exceeding 4Kw, direct to the auxiliary
connection - block inside the motor compartment.
