Action
In order to be able to use the IP connection, the network
configuration must be correctly set up in the BreakerVisu
console.
Tap the
Configure IP and Mask
button to open the WinCE
“Network Connections” folder, where you will be able to
configure the required network settings.
Once you are done configuring the network settings, close the
folder and go back to the
Extras
screen.
The
Ethernet Settings
pane will display the BreakerVisu
console's current network configuration (IP address, subnet
mask, and MAC address).

Action
Tap on the individual list entries to give a location name of your
choice to the corresponding devices. The number of entries in
the list will depend on the 3.5“ device BreakerVisu variant
(Modbus RTU or SmartWire-DT) you are using.
Use the up and down arrows to move through the location
names.
Once you are done making changes to the list, and provided you
want to apply those changes to the device overview screen, tap
Extras
in the main menu, then tap the
Logging, Locations
button, and then tap the
Apply
button found in the
Location
names
pane (Table 34, page 34).
