In case, there is single fixed IP available and the system is 
located behind NAT, please make sure the IP sharing unit 
and easyRAID FTP has identical setting as red circle in 
below figure.   

 
The system supports FTP (File Transfer Protocol) service to share data with FTP 
clients. This page provides related parameter settings and is shown in figure 3-55.
