Resetting of CONS.AVG 1
If button (4) is pressed when average fuel
consumption is displayed, the instrument panel will
activate the warning "RESET ?" in place of the value
and unit of measurement.
If you press button (1) or (2), the instrument panel will
display the average fuel consumption again, without
resetting the value.
While if you press button (4), average fuel
consumption is reset, and during the first 10 seconds
when the value is not available, the display shows the
dashes “- - - . -” together with the set unit of
measurement.
Note
When CONS.AVG 1 is reset, the instrument
panel also resets Trip 1 (TRIP 1), Average Speed 1
(SPEED AVG 1) and Trip Time 1 (TRIP 1).
CONS. AVG 1 information is automatically reset also
in the following cases:
●
when Trip meter 1 (TRIP 1) is reset;
●
when Trip time (TRIP TIME 1) is reset;
●
due to a battery disconnection (Battery-Off);
●
in case of manual change of the units of
measurement of the system using the Setting
Menu.
