Programs the time the system will auto-call DLS. Program 4 digits –
[HH][MM]
using military standard. For a DLS auto-call at 11:00 pm,

the system communicator is enabled.
OFF:
the communicator is disabled.

the system transmits alarm restorals if the zone is restored and the bell has timed out.

the panel uses rotary (pulse) dialing.
OFF:
the panel uses touchtone (DTMF) dialing
